Although I did not get the bid on that particular house James set forth looking for the perfect home for me. James made the journey very satisfying. He showed several houses and was always very punctual. A few times we pulled in at the same time to a house and I live 170 miles away. From the start to the finish Laura and her team were on it. The same day I contacted them she went to look at my property to give me her opinion. I liked her confidence in selling my place so I pulled the trigger and signed up. Her assistant was all over getting documents put together for signing. I believe Laura had confidence in me as well by ordering professional pictures before all docs were signed. I was very impressed how fast they had my property listed on the MLS!
Due to the nature of the property and more so, my jealous and self serving neighbors trying to sabotage my sale, offers were not coming in like we had anticipated. Laura wasn’t quick to suggest lowering the price. When she did however, I found the timing and amount to be appropriate. At no point did I feel rushed by her so she could be off to the next sale. We did end up finding a buyer! :-) Closing was a long arduous task but had nothing to do with the Ensley team. My land contract holder was very difficult to work with along with her so called financial advisor who only communicates via snail mail. That’s right, no email or faxing and doesn’t even put his phone number out there easily. Hard to believe in the twenty first century a “professional “ conducts business like this:-) Shannon with team Ensley along with Sara from Chicago title persevered through the closing despite the difficulties caused from my land contract holder and her “professional “. Nice job ladies!

Patrick Ensley has been amazing to work with. During our home search he found us several options to look at based on exactly what we were looking for. Yesterday he met us in a town well over an hour away and showed us 3 wonderful houses. On the way home we stopped for gas and I went to pull up my favorite of the 3 just to admire it again and another listing had popped up during our drive home that had been on the market for just SIXTEEN MINUTES that I wanted to see. I called Patrick right away who was almost home at the time and said can we get into this house TODAY. I admit that was a little demanding and it was New Years Eve so I wasnt expecting to actually get in there. Patrick called me less than 5 minutes later and said to meet him there in 45 minutes. We all headed back to the town we had just left and looked at this amazing farm house that was handicap ready (I have MS) with a brand new pole barn that my husband loved, We knew before we left that we wanted to put in an offer. and we arrived home to all of the paperwork to sign. He had included in the offer that we required an answer by 8pm that evening. At about 6:30 on NYE they had accepted our offer and by 8pm we were the new owners of this amazing house and would be able to take possission in around 30 days at closing. Thank you Patrick for making all of this happen so quickly and with a smile on your face the entire time. We are now planning to list our house with Laura once we are all moved out of our current home. Thank you Team Ensley for being with us on this journey, I could not have been happier...
